Unless expressly stated, service providers who respond to enquiries are independent businesses and are not our employees, agents or partners. We do not claim affiliation with any specific business, and references to suburbs or service categories describe coverage areas only.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information in your enquiry and to use this service only for genuine requests. Before engaging any provider, you are responsible for verifying their licences, insurance, references and suitability for your job — just as you would when hiring any tradesperson or service professional.
5. Free, no-obligation quotes
Requesting a quote through this website is free and creates no obligation for you to proceed with any provider. Providers set their own pricing and terms; we take no part in negotiations, payments or disputes between you and a provider.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, cost or dispute arising from work performed (or not performed) by a service provider, or from your dealings with them. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
